Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for delivery. Please note that I am running all aspects of the business currently and processing times may vary due to unexpected circumstances. I will always do my best to communicate clearly and concisely and give you the best service humanly possible!

Please note high volume orders may experience delays. Also keep in mind that postal services may be delayed around high volume times of the year. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Keep an eye out for shipping offers from time to time. (e.g. free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount).

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Flathead Valley. For orders under $50, we can simply ship or provide a pickup location for you. 

Deliveries are made on demand with certain restrictions based on availability. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Local Pickup

We are working on offering a local pickup option, but for now please choose delivery and include your phone number at check out. We will call to work out the details.  After placing your order and selecting Delivery at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

You can skip the shipping fees and purchase certain products at Markus Foods in Whitefish, MT during normal business hours. Sales are made at Markus and not online. 

International Shipping

We are offering international shipping to most countries. In the event we cannot ship to your country, we will refund your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mountain Mahma Salve Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at connect@mountainmahma.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at connect@mountainmahma.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
